Originally from Green Bay, Sarah  was successful in her previous positions as Director of Sales for high end dining cruise companies both in Los Angeles and Chicago.  She has since moved around the country almost a dozen times with her husband’s job, but she's happy to be "home for good!" Paul has a law degree from Hamline University School of Law and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.  Paul is a licensed attorney in the State of Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Carolina. He is a resident of De Pere, WI.  Paul is a results-driven business strategist and motivational leader.  He holds certifications in multiple areas including Lean, Sustainability Evaluation, and as a Real Colors Strategic Business & Behavioral Assessment Trainer.
